What's an operation?
Every time a module performs an action, it counts as an operation. For example, when your automation checks incoming emails, gets each attached file and uploads them to a Google Drive folder each counts as one operation. If there are 4 files, uploading them will consume 4 operations.
What does unlimited requests mean?
You and your team can submit unlimited amount of requests for us to complete. We'll add these requests to our project management system. Each request you'll be able to prioritize - depending on what matters most, and our team will get to work on one system at a time, moving down your request list.
What does 100% satisfied mean?
Our project management flow includes a simple way to request changes after a delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with the value of the systems you receive, we'll keep revising until you are. In addition to the 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime. Talk about flexibility you can't find in employees but experience that exceeds that of other freelancers and agencies.
